The Cranston Cyclones is a community based team affiliated with Special Olympics, RI.  Prior to being the Cranston Cyclones, our team began in 2005 as the Cranston West Falcons. As the team aged, Cranston Public Schools could not house the team any longer. In order to keep the athletes together we made the decision to make a community team. A meeting was called and the Cyclones were created. The Cranston Cyclones started as a community team in September of 2011 with 15 members. Today we are proud to say the team has almost tripled in size. The Cyclones offer a year round program with a variety of different sports that service each individuals abilities.  We focus on teamwork, sportsmanship and above all FUN!
